Payne County Fair in Stillwater to be limited

Carnival rides, food vendors and events like the Barnyard Olympics, Pet Parade, Antique Tractor Parade and others have been cancelled, but the Payne County Fair in Stillwater will go on this year in a very limited way. Organizers say this year’s free fair will be limited to livestock exhibits and indoor 4-H entries.
