Ribbon Cutting for Ro Ro’s Barbershop – Congrats!

The Chamber held a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony for Ro Ro's Barbershop located at 611 E. Hartford. Cutting the ribbon is owner Mario Elston and holding the ribbon are Antral Miller and Thad Hamilton. Ro Ro's Barbershop specializes in quality customer service and providing the haircut both men and woman want.
