South Avenue underpass to be closed Tuesday for repairs

Beginning Tuesday, Feb. 5, 2019, the underpass on South Avenue, between First Street and Pine Street, will be closed for asphalt repairs.
Repairs will begin at 8:30 a.m., and are expected to be completed before 3:30 p.m.
During repairs, east/west traffic will be diverted to First Street and Pine Street.
