Shortly before midnight, PCPD Officers responded to the report of a Domestic Disturbance in the 1400 Block of Shirlee Ave.
When the officers arrived at the scene, a male subject stepped out of the front door and fired multiple rounds at the responding officers.
Officers returned fire at that time and the suspect retreated into the residence.
A short time later, Officers took the individual into custody.
The subject has been transported to Integris Hospital in Ponca City to be treated for his injuries. No officers were injured during the exchange of gunfire.
