A Pawnee man is being charged in the Payne County District Court with forcible oral sodomy stemming from a January incident in Stillwater, 21-year-old Andrew Curtis Taber is accused of sexual acts with a 14-year-old. Stillwater Police say that the mother contacted police after she alleged that Taber had sexually assaulted the 14-year-old. During an interview, the teen said that she had been accquaintances with Taber for about a year and a half. The two had ongoing conversations through Facebook Messenger. They met up on January 8 where they began to smoke marujuana and Taber committed the sexual act confirmed by DNA tests. Taber was charged on March 21 and a warrant was issued on March 22. Taber is yet to be arraigned.
