TULSA, Okla. –

Tulsa police say a lewd molestation case led to secret videos of people undressing inside a tanning salon.

Tulsa police say during the child sex crimes case, a search warrant led to Ramon Saldivar’s cellphone, which showed videos of men and women undressing inside a tanning salon and they had no idea.

Saldivar is charged with molesting two young girls, and Lindsay Clay is charged with enabling the abuse.

Police say the abuse started in 2024 when there was a DHS investigation, but there was not enough evidence to file charges.

Then, new allegations surfaced this year, and that led to the charges.

In the process of investigating, Tulsa police found videos that were covertly taken at a tanning salon in Owasso, showing men and women undressing. Police say those victims have now been contacted.

“They discovered that he had been placing the phone on the top of the walls on the other side, where people were tanning. And of course, this was out there without their consent. We were able to contact every single victim on the videos,” Andre Baul with TPD said.

News On 6 did call the tanning salon, but no one answered.

Police say the owner did confirm Saldivar was a member there and was there on the dates and times the videos were made

Saldivar also faces a charge of obstruction.
