The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics is warning recreational drug users of the risks of buying unknown drugs after five people overdosed at a home in Tulsa on Sunday morning.

The Tulsa Police Department said dozens of responders were called to a home near 11th and 53rd West Avenue after five people overdosed on drugs just after midnight Sunday.

One person in the home did not participate and was able to call 911, saving the lives of those who overdosed, according to TPD.

Police said one of the partyers bought cocaine from someone and brought it back to the home, where three women and two men did lines of the substance in the back bedroom.

After taking the drug, the men and women fell unconscious, and another person in the home called 911.

First responders administered multiple rounds of Narcan, and all five involved were transported by ambulance to the hospital.

OBN is warning that there has never been a more dangerous time to be a recreational drug user.

In a Facebook post, OBN said you never know what you are actually buying and consuming.

Transnational drug trafficking organizations are adulterating meth, cocaine, Ecstasy, counterfeit prescription pills, and designer drugs with powerful synthetic opioids such as fentanyl, nitazines, Xylazine, Cychlorhine, and other potentially deadly substances that can render Narcan ineffective.

OBN said Oklahomans can anonymously report drug dealers by sending OBN a Facebook DM.
