Ponca City High School Teachers of the Year Announced

Ponca City Public Schools-
Congratulations to Leanne Parr, Bethany Fredricks and Lisa Welch who were elected as Po-Hi’s site Teachers of the Year this week.
Ms. Parr is in her 35 years of teaching and has taught at Po-Hi for 34 years. She is the English Department Chair and teaches AP English 4 and English 3.
Ms. Fredricks has taught for a total of 29 years, 20 of which have been at Po-Hi. She is the Special Education Department Chair and teaches Study Skills.
Both Ms. Parr and Ms. Fredricks are Po-Hi graduates!
Ms. Welch has taught for a total of 36 years, 3 of which have been at Po-Hi. She teaches Geometry, Algebra 2, Algebra of Finance, and Study Skills. She’s a Tonkawa High School graduate.
Thanks to all three of these teachers for the time and energy they put into their jobs!
