Ponca City High School has named Lukah Ewing this week’s Wildcat of the Week, an honor recognizing students who model the school’s CATS expectations: Care for Others, Act Responsibly, Try Your Best, and Show Respect.
Lukah earned the recognition for the positive impact he makes in the classroom through his willingness to participate and his encouragement of others to get involved. Class discussions are an important part of learning at Po-Hi, and Lukah can always be counted on to contribute thoughtful ideas and help keep the conversation moving. Lukah’s teacher shared that “his positive attitude and leadership have encouraged classmates to participate more, helping create a more welcoming and engaging environment in their seventh hour class.”
