Work continues on new football locker room

Work on the new football locker room continues at Ponca City High School.

The revised district budget for construction is $3,250,000, with a Guaranteed Maximum Price of $3,049,184.50. This is also the current contract amount.

Approved payments to date have totaled $1,466,677.36, with a balance to finish (including retainage) of $1,582,507.14. Retainage is $77,193.57.

The project began in December 2017 and will be completed in August, according to a report from Rick Scott Construction Co.
