    * MAIN IMPACT… COMBINED SNOW AND SLEET ACCUMULATIONS OF 2 TO 4 INCHES WILL BE POSSIBLE AS WELL AS NEAR BLIZZARD CONDITIONS… ESPECIALLY LATE TONIGHT THROUGH MONDAY. IN ADDITION… ICE ACCUMULATIONS DUE TO FREEZING RAIN NEAR ONE QUARTER OF AN INCH WILL BE POSSIBLE.

    * OTHER IMPACTS… STRONG NORTH WINDS MAY CONTRIBUTE TO AN INCREASED NUMBER OF POWER OUTAGES THROUGHOUT THE REGION… EVEN IF ONLY LIGHT ICING AMOUNTS OCCUR.
