Willie’s turning 18 and throwing a party for his pals!

You’re invited to Willie The Dog’s birthday party this Friday morning from 7 to 10 a.m. at the KLOR and KPNC studios in Downtown Ponca City.
Willie is turning 18 years old, or 126 in human years! He’s survived getting run over by vehicles three times and being stuck in a well for three days…This dog is special and for his birthday, Willie wants to do something special for his furry buddies at the Ponca City Humane Society Shelter.
Instead of gifts for Willie, we’re collecting needed items for the shelter.
These are the items that Willie’s friends at the Ponca City Humane Society need:
- Towels, blankets and newspapers (currently our biggest necessities)
- Kitten chow and puppy food
- Peanut butter
- Canned cat food
- Cat and dog treats
- Cat and dog toys
- Dawn dish soap
- Paper towels
- 55-gallon trash bags
- Postage stamps
- Bleach
- Liquid laundry detergent
- Latex disposable gloves (medium or large)
- Cat litter
