WHO WILL THE SOONERS GO UP AGAINST IN SEC?: 2024 SCHEDULE ANNOUNCED

OKLAHOMA CITY –

The Southeastern Conference has announced its 2024 schedule.

The Sooners will be playing the following teams:

Home Games:

1. Alabama
2. South Carolina
3. Tennessee
4. Texas*

*Cotton Bowl in Dallas, Texas.

Away Games:

1. Auburn
2. LSU
3. Ole Miss
4. Missouri

The Texas Longhorns will be playing the following teams:

Home Games:

1. Florida
2. Georgia
3. Kentucky
4. Mississippi State

Away Games:

1. Arkansas
2. Oklahoma*
3. Texas A&M
4. Vanderbilt

*Cotton Bowl in Dallas, Texas.

The matchup with Alabama would be the first since the 2018 College Football Playoffs when the Crimson Tide took down the Sooners with Heisman Trophy winner Kyler Murray at quarterback.

ESPN also reports that the two-time defending champion Georgia Bulldogs will travel to face Texas in Austin that same season.

Certain kickoff times and dates for the 2023 season were released for Oklahoma and Oklahoma State just last month.
