West Middle School celebrating Red Ribbon Week

The West Middle School Student Council is hosting a Drug Free March on Friday, Oct. 27, outside during advisory period.

Students may carry posters they have made during advisory. The theme this year is “Your Future Is Key so Stay Drug Free.”

There will also be dress-up days that go along with the slogans chosen by Student Council.

  • Monday, Oct. 23 – Wear Neon – “I’m too BRIGHT for drugs!
  • Tuesday, Oct. 24 – Superhero Day – “You have the POWER to be drug-free!” (No Halloween costumes or masks) Wear superhero shirts or attire
  • Wednesday, Oct. 25 – Twin Day – “Friends don’t let friends do drugs!”
  • Thursday, Oct. 26 – Decade Day – “Drugs are Old School!” “Drugs are NEVER in Style!”
  • Friday, Oct. 27 – Team Day – “Team Up Against Drugs!” Wear team T-shirts or jerseys
