UPDATE: Roughface taken into custody

Update: Nelson Roughface III was taken into custody late this morning in a coordinated effort involving the Kay County Sheriff’s Office, the Osage County Sheriff’s Office, the U.S. Marshal’s Office, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol and the Ponca City Police Department.
Roughface III was taken into custody during a traffic stop at Snake Road and South Pecan.
Two others were taken into custody as well. Virginia C Rhodd, 27, and Hal G. Beaver, 53, were arrested on complaints of aiding and abetting a fugitive.
