UPDATE: Pair Arrested in Homicide in Ponca City

Ponca City Police have arrested two people wanted in connection with a recent homicide in Ponca City.

Logan Micheal Peters aka gunsmoke, age 30, and Martha Elisabeth Yahola aka Lisa age 35 were located at a house in the 400 block of South Palm in Ponca City and are now in custody. 

On Sunday, April 10 at approximately 5:oo pm, officers responded to 350 S. Birch in reference to a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Shawn Wood, 29, inside the residence suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Wood was transported to Alliance Health in Ponca City for treatment where he was later pronounced dead.

Murder charges will likely be filed in this case in Kay County Court.
