Two restaurants to open soon

Ponca City Now - October 8, 2015 7:56 am

Two new restaurants could "open any time," according to Development Services Director Chris Henderson.

He told the Planning Commission Tuesday night that both Rib Crib and Sakura have been given their certificates on occupancy for their new restaurants on Prospect Avenue.

Sakura is expected to open on Thursday. The restaurant renovated the former Radio Shack building and will be able to seat 80 customers.

Rib Crib has been hiring employees, training them and stocking the restaurant.
