Two New Ponca City Police Officers Recently Received the Oath of Office

Judge Kirkpatrick, Officer Sisco and Officer Ballinger
Judge Kirkpatrick administered the Oath of Office to two new Ponca City Police Officer’s last week.
Officer Stetson Sisco, and Officer Amy Ballinger are native to Ponca City.
Both officers say they look forward to serving our community.
