The Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office (TCSO) says the Medical Examiners office identified the remains as 76-year-old Jack Grimes (right) and it has been ruled a homicide. The remains were found by hunters on Sunday.

Jack has been been missing for 10 days now and was last seen with Dewayne Selby as they were supposed to be heading to Forth Worth for a horse show. Selby and his mother Glenda Parton are still missing.

TCSO says Grimes, Selby, and Parton were all involved in the horse business together.
