Trout staff “Teach Like a Pirate”

Teach Like A Pirate was the foundation for professional development on Friday for Ponca City Public Schools teachers at Trout Elementary. They used Kagan strategies to integrate the book, Teach Like A Pirate, with learning district policies and Trout procedures. The teachers are wearing pirate garb they earned during the training. According to Principal Carla Fry, they all had a great time!
