Train/Vehicle collision in Ponca City has many RR crossings closed

A train/vehicle accident occured this morning at the railroad crossing on Albany just off of Union.  Due to the investigation most railroad crossings in Ponca City will be closed.   Railroad intersections that remain open include Prospect Avenue, the underpass on Highland and the underpass on South Avenue.    All other railroad crossings will remain closed during the investigation
