Tourism guide focuses on black history

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – The Oklahoma Tourism and Recreation Department has released a 75-page guide highlighting the state’s black history and culture.

Copies of the brochure are free and can be ordered online at TravelOK.com.

The tourism department partnered with the Oklahoma Historical Society, Oklahoma History Center and the Tulsa Historical Society & Museum to produce the brochure.
