Tonkawa scam alert

The Tonkawa Police Department is warning residents about a phone scam. The department said people have recevied calls from an individual associated with "Mega Millions." They said they are located in Las Vegas. However, the phone number they are using is (876) 303-7215, which the TPD said leads back to a landline in Kingston, Jamaica.
TPD wants to remind everyone that if it seems too good to be true, then it probably is. They also said not to try to call the number listed above. In the event you feel like you have been scammed please contact the TPD for further assistance.
