Thanksgiving holiday observed by city

The City of Ponca City will observe Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28, as City Holidays:

— Residential Refuse WILL NOT BE PICKED UP on Thursday, November 27, or Friday, November 28, and will RESUME Monday, December 2.

— The Recycling Center will be CLOSED on Thursday, November 27, and Friday, November 28, and will REOPEN on Saturday, November 29.
