Kay County Sheriff’s Office assist OHP Wednesday near Kaw City

The Kay County Sheriff’s Office assisted the Oklahoma Highway Patrol Wednesday with an oversized load that struck a power line on Coleman Road, approximately 1/2 mile west of Kaw City. Kay Electric later arrived in the area and custokmers did experience power outage. The section of Coleman Road reopened Wednesday evening. No injuries were reported.
