U.S. 77 Surfacing To Begin June 1 North Of Winfield; Rumble Strip Work South Of AC Monday
Work will start soon on surfacing of a 10-mile section of U.S. 77 in Cowley County.
According to the Kansas Department of Transportation, the project involves what’s known as an ultrathin bonded asphalt surfacing. It will be applied to U.S. 77 from the Winfield north city limits to the junction with K-15.
