Miss NOC’s to reign another year due to Miss America Competition cancellation
The Miss America Competition has been canceled for 2020 due to Covid-19 allowing current Miss NOC’s Carli Pendleton and Emily Hall to serve another year as the current Miss NOC’s.
Pendleton, a Tonkawa native will be a sophomore at NOC Tonkawa while Hall, an Enid native, will be a sophomore at NOC Enid.
