Lunch Hour Shots on 14th in Ponca City

Conditions are poor with blowing snow creating lots of problems in the open country and on I-35 but it's slick and hazardous in Ponca City as well.  We decided to take a quick drive on 14th to check current conditions.  11:45 AM.
