Ponca City Residents Pass Bond Issue

Ponca City voters overwhelmingly passed a $49.7 million bond project on Tuesday with an almost 81 percent pass rate. With 100 percent of precincts reporting, unofficial results from the Oklahoma Election Board shows the project passed by a vote of 1,494 (80.98 percent) to 351 (19.02 percent). Superintendent Shelley Arrott was thrilled with the passage....
