Ponca City police Sgt. Jeff Woodward reports that shooting suspect 32-year-old Anthony Falanga Jr has been arrested. Falnga was taken into custody just after 6:45 Tuesday evening. Falanga is facing felony charges of shooting or discharging a firearm with intent to kill and assault with a dangerous weapon while facing a $1 million bond.Read More.
