OSDH reports 110 new COVID-19 cases in Oklahoma; death toll rises to 284

The daily report on Thursday from the Oklahoma State Department of Health shows that 110 more Oklahomans have tested positive for COVID-19 since Wednesday, bringing Oklahoma's overall total of cases to 4,962 since testing started.
