On Monday, Kay County Commissioner’s placed Kay County under a 2 week Burn Ban.The deadline for the 2 week Burn Ban is Feb. 28 unless rescinded by commissioners.Any outdoor burning is prohibited during this time. Commissioner’s will reevaluate on February 28.A burn ban is also in effect for Noble and Payne counties.
