Kansas man charged with 2nd degree rape in Kay County

A Winfield, Kansas resident is facing a felony count of 2nd degree rape in Kay County. Andrew Patrick Johnson, 32, received his felony on June 29 when Blackwell police were notified that he tried raping a 15-year-old girl. NOC Livestock Judging finishes 2nd in the nation

The Northern Oklahoma College Livestock Judging Team finished the season ranked 2nd in the country. The final rankings were released in late March. NOC team members Paige Dupin and Ty Taylor were named 2019-20 Academic All-Americans. Dupin is from Irvington, Kentucky while Taylor is from Vinita.
