Suspect Arrested in Carnegie; Charged with Juvenile Sexual Assault

CADDO COUNTY, Okla. – Today, the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation (OSBI) arrested 20-year-old JoeAbe Eroh on two counts of Rape in the First Degree. The OSBI was requested by the Caddo County District Attorney’s Office on November 12, 2020 to assist with the investigation after a teenage girl disclosed to her parents that she was being assaulted by Eroh. The sexual assault took place in Carnegie, Caddo County, on multiple occasions between August and October. The Carnegie Police Department assisted with the investigation.

Eroh was taken into custody at his place of employment and transported to the Comanche County jail. He is expected to be extradited to Caddo County.
