Stuff the Bus starts today

Stuff the Bus with School Supplies is a project of the Ponca City Chamber of Commerce's Education and Workforce Development Committee.
The campaign is today and Saturday.
Many children don't have the school supplies they need to have a successful year. The Chamber wants all the children of Ponca City to get the education they need to be successful.
Today the bus will be at Southwest Business Products located at 1032 North Union from 10 a.m. to noon to accept school supplies. Then it will move to Merrifield Office Supply, located at 206 East Grand Ave., from noon to 2 p.m. to collect school supplies.
On Saturday, Aug. 13, the bus will be at Walmart Supercenter, 1101 East Prospect, from 10 a.m. to noon. Then the bus will move to Staples located at 2216 North 14th from noon to 2 p.m.
Please be generous. Before this important project started, if a student needed school supplies, the teacher or school staff would provide the supplies. This project allows all of us to help get these students the school supplies they need.
