Stillwater Police need help identifying body

STILLWATER — On Monday, March 18, the body of an adult male was found floating in a flood retention pond at Elm and Jardot in Stillwater.

The body appeared to have been in the pond for some time. There were no obvious signs of trauma and the body hasn’t been positively identified yet. There are no local missing persons reports matching the description of the man found.

The body was released to the State Medical Examiner’s office for investigation into the cause of death and identification of the body.
