STILLWATER, Okla. (AP) – Police in Stillwater say fatal shooting early Sunday morning has led to the arrest of a 29-year-old suspect.

Stillwater Police Capt. Kyle Gibbs says Darwin Lonestar Marcel Doyal was booked on a murder complaint Sunday in connection with the death of 23-year-old Jared Lance Roybal of Tonkawa.
