Stigler man arrested on child porn charges

Tuesday, the Savanna Police Department requested special agents with the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit investigate a case involving a man requesting pornographic images from a Savanna woman of her young niece and nephew.
That man, Brandin Kyle Cathey, 35, sent the requests via social media. Cathey also sent the woman several images of child pornography. The woman called police.
Cathey was arrested at his Stigler home and booked into the Pittsburg County jail for manufacturing, possession, and distributing child pornography.
