Stand Off Ended – Man in Custody

Units from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol, Kay County Sheriff’s Office, PCPD, PCFD and the Ponca City EMS were on the scene in the 300 block of South Elm Street Tuesday afternoon apparently executing an arrest warrant and taking one man into custody.

CS, or ‘Tear’ gas was used during the operation to facilitate the arrest. No one on the scene was authorized to release any information or details on the arrest, and all inquiries were referred to the OHP.
