Sirens to be tested at noon today in Ponca City

Paula Cain with the City of Ponca City wants to inform the public that unless the weather conditions change the sirens will be tested at 12 noon today. While there is a risk of severe weather well past noon, there has been a recent repair of a siren and the need to test it is present.
