Shawnee Police Sergeant arrested on child abuse charge

On Wednesday July 18, 2018, Shawnee Police Department Sergeant Darryl Bordeaux was arrested by OSBI agents on one count of child abuse.
Bordeaux, 52, was a 20-year veteran of the police department. Bordeaux was booked into the Pottawatomie County Public Safety Center and was placed on paid administrative leave.
