Section of Waverly Street closing Saturday for fiber optic upgrades

Waverly Street, between Hartford Avenue and Industrial Boulevard, will be closed to all traffic from 7 a.m. to about 2 p.m. Saturday, April 15, for upgrades to the city’s fiber optic system.
The area will be closed until work is completed.
