Search warrants served; two arrested

Ponca City Police served two search warrants at 6 a.m. Friday.

One was served at 426 South Elm Street and the other at 217 South Oak Street.

Police report Sherrie L. Bottger, 41, was arrested on complaints of possession of methamphetamines and possession of paraphernalia.

A police report also states Frank E. Failing, 49, was arrested on complaints of possession with intent to distribute a controlled dangerous substance, methamphetamine; possession of marijuana; possession of paraphernalia; and possession of drug money proceeds.
