Search Continues as Tennessee Amber Alert Subject Missing Nearly a Month

WZTV - March 25, 2024 6:15 am

Volunteers continue searching for a Tennessee boy who has been missing nearly a month, although the investigation, which has yielded few clues to date, has never stopped.

The United Cajun Navy, along with nearly a dozen volunteers, went out to the Rockland Road Recreation Area in Hendersonville on Saturday looking for 15-year-old Sebastian Rogers, who was reported missing on February 26. The UCN deployed a search team with K-9.

On March 4, officials said they were scaling back their ground search.

Sebastian’s dad was among those searching and told WZTV that he continues to look for his son everywhere. There is no specificity to the area being searched, it’s just to cross it off the list, according to the UCN.

The UCN also deployed resources last week in the search for missing Missouri college student Riley Strain, whose body was found in the Cumberland River in West Nashville on Friday.
