Schools plan Back-to-School nights

Several Ponca City Public Schools are holding Back-to-School/Curriculum/Informational nights this week. Here are the schools scheduled for Thursday night.

Woodlands Elementary
August 23
5:00 – 5:30 p.m.       Session I – Classroom Presentations
5:30 – 6:00 p.m.       Session II – Classroom Presentations (Identical sessions)
6:00 p.m.                  PTA & Title I Meeting (gymnasium)

Parents are invited to attend and visit with their child’s teacher and hear important information about the curriculum, procedures and technology used in the classroom. Attendees will also hear about how Title I funds impact the school. PTA will host a brief meeting as well.

Garfield Elementary
August 23
5:00 – 6:15 p.m.       Back-to-School/Information
5:30 – 7:00 p.m.       Hot dog Dinner

Roosevelt Elementary
August 23
5:00 – 5:30 p.m.       Session I
5:30 – 6:00 p.m.       Session II (Identical sessions)
6:00 p.m.                  Title I Meeting & Ice Cream
