Salvation Army representative to be available at 5 p.m. in flooded area

Anyone living on South 12th Street or South 13th Street who needs assistance with flooding may meet with a Salvation Army representative at 5 p.m. Friday.

Salvation Army is trying to locate anyone who may need help since the flooding has occurred in the low-lying areas in southeast Ponca City. At least one person will be in the area at 5 p.m.
