Roof rafters going up

Construction workers raise roof rafters on an apartment project being built on Fourth Street between Cleveland and Chestnut Avenues.

This project is designed as a 24-unit complex of two-bedroom apartments.

The developer for the project is MACO of Clarkton, Mo.

MACO is also the developer of the Community Building renovation, which will become an apartment building with 12 one-bedroom apartments and 12 two-bedroom apartments.
