“Ride For The Kids” Trail Ride Helping Local Families at Christmas

The 3rd Annual “Ride For The Kids” toy drive and trail ride will help local kids and their families with toys, food and more for the holidays.

This years ride will be held on Saturday, October 7 on the property of Larry and Kim Burtner located at the corner of Hubbard and Pecan Road.

Entry fee is a new toy valued at $20.00 or more. Toys will be given to area children whose family is in need of a helping hand.

Sign-up for entry begins at 9:00am, prayer is at 9:30 and the ride will start at 10:00 am.

A silent auction will be held with bidding through out the day and winners announced beginning at 4:30 pm. All proceeds from the auction will be used to purchase more toys and food baskets for the families in need.

Participants should bring a lunch, dinner will be provided.

Current Coggins required for all horses at the ride.

Bring your horse and ride and bring your lawn chair and stay awhile.
