RedHawks manager diagnosed with cancer

OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) – The Houston Astros say Oklahoma City RedHawks manager Tony DeFrancesco has been diagnosed with cancer. The Astros say DeFrancesco was undergoing a physical when he told doctors about symptoms he was experiencing and was referred to a specialist who diagnosed the cancer. The team says doctors indicated the cancer was found early and are optimistic for a full recovery.
