Power restored

Power in the southwest part of Ponca City was restored about 12:45 p.m. Monday.
The outage lasted about a half hour after a transmission problem at the substation at Ash Street and South Avenue about 12:15 p.m.
Ponca City Energy crew members responded to the outage quickly to restore electricity.
